These professionals, who come from a variety of life science functional areas (e.g., C-suite, HR, legal, science, manufacturing, IT, pharmacy, finance), engaged in active discussion on the state of the industry. SOCIAL MEDIA

Frey specializes in organic social media. The professional rules they prefer to follow for content are as follows:

Two chat bubbles that list out the following terms: "Add Value, Be Concise, Collaborate, Be Accountable, Social Sentiment, Conversational Tone, Writing ALT Text, Using #CamelCase, Screenshoting ASCII Art, Video Captions & Subtitles."

Frey's preferred content balance is roughly 40% value-based content (tips, insight, direction, conversation); 40% human-based content (team coverage, office ongoings, behind-the-scenes events, event attendance, memes); 20% advertisement (bulletin-board style updates, dated reminders, service advertisement). **This is flexible based on project or team needs (as well as assets available).Social bridges the gap between audience and entity. Strategists, creators, and community managers actively work together to create a successful space. Don't be scared to engage with your audience when developing your strategy, and be transparent: it'll help you narrow down valuable content in a mutually beneficial manner. We work together, especially as we learn (and we always are— algorithms seem to change weekly).
